We charge a standard hourly rate, with no hidden surprises or surcharges, and are available normal work-day hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday). Any costs incurred are passed on, naturally, eg. for purchasing software licences or hardware.

We can provide free software - but strictly where legal to do so. However, you might be amazed at what is available for free (do a Google search for FOSS or Free Open Source Software).
